What to Expect
The therapist will warm up targeted muscle groups before moving on to a series of strokes and stretches specific to the client’s individual needs. These techniques include stroking, gliding, kneading, friction, compression, and rhythmic striking. After the session, we recommend that clients drink water to help flush the waste worked out of the muscles. This will reduce the likelihood or intensity of post-massage soreness. Aromatherapy Boost
